The Missouri Department of Agriculture has received funds from the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service for the Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program (RFSI).

The purpose of the RFSI is to help U.S. states build resilience in the middle of the supply chain and strengthen local and regional food systems by creating new revenue streams for producers of food (excluding meat and poultry).

We are seeking input from interested parties to identify Missouri funding priorities.

This notice is a solicitation for public comments only. No applications for Missouri’s RFSI funds will be acted on until a later date. The open application period will be announced and posted on the MDA website.

Use the form above to submit comments, via e-mail, to grants@mda.mo.gov by Aug. 17.

Additional USDA information on the RFSI can be found at: ams.usda.gov/services/grants/rfsi.
